Our call centers are located in 5 of the 9 provinces in South Africa and deliveries take place within 24 hours in metropolitan areas and 48 hours to all outlying non metropolitan areas.

Our clients have the ability to track and trace utilizing any web browser enables in respect of any parcel at any stage within the delivery cycle.
Our clients can schedule appointments themselves on our platform. Using the document indexing system linked to our tracking system we can give the exact location of any item in the distribution cycle within seconds of a query or request being initiated.
Proven Security Systems
CCD provides digital and manual signature for every package collected. CCD warehouses have secure environments which are monitored and access controlled.
